Kate Carpenter is the artist behind Katie Blair Designs, a line of charming, handcrafted stationery. Kate studied journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and she is currently a copy editor and newspaper designer in Pocatello, Idaho, when she's not working on new products for Katie Blair Designs.
